Istinbath: Jurnal Penelitian Hukum Islam (p-ISSN: 1907-8064, e-ISSN: 2807-7520) is a bi-annual, open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Universitas Islam Darussalam (UID) Ciamis, West Java, Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to advancing scholarly research and critical discourse in the field of Islamic Law (Fiqh & Legal Studies). It publishes original research manuscripts and conceptual articles that address contemporary issues in Islamic jurisprudence, classical and modern Islamic legal thoughts, comparative legal systems, Islamic family law, Islamic economic law, and the intersection of Islamic law with society and governance.
