Khidmat (e-ISSN: 2807-9027) is a scientific journal published by the Institute for Community Service (Lembaga Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat - LPkM), Universitas Islam Darussalam (UID) Ciamis, West Java. Khidmat publishes scholarly articles documenting community engagement and service activities in the fields of religious studies, education, social affairs, culture, and economics. It is an online, bi-annual journal published twice a year.

Khidmat (e-ISSN: 2807-9027) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published by the Institute for Community Service (LPkM), Universitas Islam Darussalam (UID) Ciamis, West Java, Indonesia.

The journal is dedicated to publishing high-quality, impactful scholarly works originating from community engagement, community-based research, and social service initiatives. It serves as a collaborative platform for academics, researchers, and community development practitioners to share models, methodologies, and outcomes of community empowerment.

Focus and Scope: Khidmat publishes bi-annual issues (twice a year) covering multidisciplinary community service and engagement initiatives in the following areas:

  • Religious and Islamic Social Development: Community empowerment based on Islamic values, mosque development, and religious education.

  • Education and Literacy: Educational outreach, capacity building, and literacy programs for schools and local communities.

  • Economic Empowerment: MSME (UMKM) development, Islamic social finance outreach, local economy enhancement, and community entrepreneurship.

  • Social and Cultural Development: Cultural preservation, social welfare programs, youth empowerment, and community advocacy.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific merit, ethical practice, and tangible community impact.
